The Best Present

Molly gave me the best early Christmas present today -- a great, big belly laugh! She's been "talking" and squealing for weeks, but this was the first time I heard her actually laugh. I was holding her up and saying silly things to her and she smiled her great big smile and then started giggling away. It was one of those totally infectious baby laughs, so I started laughing, which made Molly laugh even more. Thankfully, both Dad and the video camera were handy, so we caught some of it on tape. Santa would wholeheartedly approve of Molly's newfound skill, since HER chubby baby belly also shakes like a bowl full of jelly when she laughs. ;)
