Lazy Sunday

I'm still not feeling great, but so far I haven't developed a full-blown cold (*knock on wood*). But, not surprisingly, I didn't get a whole lot accomplished today. I didn't go grocery or baby clothes shopping. I didn't clean the basement. I didn't eBay or Craigslist any of the numerous items I keep saying I'm going to sell. I didn't dust, clean, or vacuum anything. I didn't throw away the "orange ball" from yesterday (apparently, it was still fun today). I didn't even cook dinner (it ended up being one of those rare pizza nights ;).

I did take two naps, finish one novel, leaf through a couple of magazines, take a shower (!), look up camera prices online (*sigh*), check my email, blogs, and message boards a few too many times, and eat some ice cream. In my defense, in between my bouts of extreme laziness, I also folded two loads of sheets, washed and folded a load of towels, made two beds, made breakfast and lunch, and took the kids outside to play.

I have to say that I'm really looking forward to the short work week -- it's always nice to have a couple of extra days off and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. How could you not love a holiday that's all about family, good food, and counting your blessings?
